Social isolation is a condition where individuals experience a decline or are completely unable to interact with other people around them, patients feel rejected, not accepted, and lonely. The purpose of this writing is to provide mental nursing care to Mrs.S at Prof. Mental Hospital. Dr. Muhammad Ildrem. Descriptive writing method, namely a case study by conducting nursing care to patients with social isolation problems with the implementation strategy (SP) of care carried out for 5 days on Ny.S. Data collection techniques were carried out using interview techniques, observation, and physical examination. The nursing problem found in Ny.S is social isolation. With management for 5 days, Mrs. S, can control social isolation by explaining the advantages and disadvantages of having friends, training clients to get to know two or more people, training clients to have conversations while carrying out daily activities, and practicing social speaking: such as asking for something, shopping and so on. Suggestions in managing clients with social isolation problems are expected that with this study medical staff can foster a relationship of trust with clients so that good communication can emerge and clients can express their problems in order to achieve the nursing process, the role of the family to visit clients and take care of clients who are now living themselves and provide sufficient support and attention to the client in order to speed up the client's healing process.
