Gambaran Histopatologi Toksisitas Ginjal Tikus Jantan (Rattus norvegicus) yang diberi Sirup Umbi Yakon (Smallanthus sonchifolius)

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis gambaran histopatologi ginjal tikus jantan setelah pemberian sirup umbi yakon. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terbagi dalam 3 kelompok yakni KK sebagai kelompok kontrol (akuades), KP sebagai Kelompok perlakuan: KP1 (Sirup umbi yakon tanpa inhibitor) dan KP2 (Sirup umbi yakon dengan inhibitor) masing-masing tiga ulangan.
