Gamma Radiation-Induced Synthesis and Characterization of Decahedron-Like Silver Nanostructure and Their Antimicrobial Application

Abstract: In the current study, a decahedron-like silver nanostructure (D-AgNs) was successfully created in an aqueous solution in the presence of Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) as a capping agent using the gamma-radiolysis approach without the use of a reducing agent.
