Abstract:Splenic siderotic nodules, also known as Gamna Gandi’s bodies are nodules containing hemosiderin, fibrous tissue and calcium and result of small necrotic haemorrhagic focis in the spleen with a fibroblastic reaction leading to microarchitectural distorsion.
