Ganho de peso de novilhos em pastagens de capim-cameroon e capim-braquiarão

Abstract: ResumoAvaliou-se pastagens formadas com Pennisetum purpureum cv. cameroon e Urochloa brizantha cv. Marandu visando rendimento em ganhos de peso vivo. Os animais utilizados foram machos mestiços meio sangue Tabapuã/Nelore com peso vivo médio de 280 kg (9,3 arrobas). Cada gramínea foi submetida a quatro taxas de lotação, em um sistema de pastejo rotativo com 3 dias de pastejo e 36 dias de descanso, resultando em um ciclo de pastejo de 39 dias.
