Gas Chromatographic Analysis of Chlordane by Head Gas

Abstract: The method of gas chromatographic analysis of chlordane by head gas that is presented in this article has several good features. A direct sampling of the pesticide is possible, eliminating any intermediate extraction steps which could alter its composition. By using 800 ml of water, a large volume of head gas is obtained so that repeated sampling is possible.
