Abstract:The mucopolysaccharidosis (MPS) type VI is a rare lysosomal storage disease presenting leukocyte inclusions (Alder-Reilly anomaly) and lymphocytes with metachromatic inclusion surrounded by clear spaces, Gasser cells.
