Abstract:Gastrointestinal fibromatosis is a rare mesenchymal tumor. It has local invasive behaviour with low-metastatic potential. We present a 36-year-old female patient presented to Oncology Center, Mansoura University, Egypt, with accidentally discovered gastric mass by abdominal computed tomography (CT). The mass was adherent to the posterior wall of the gastric fundus, the tail of pancreas and encasing the splenic artery.
