Abstract:We report a case of a man in his early 50 s who was admitted to our hospital for anorexia. An imaging examination led to a preoperative diagnosis of a gastrointestinal stromal tumor and gallbladder stones. He underwent treatment by laparoscopic cholecystectomy and distal partial gastrectomy with lymph node dissection.
