Abstract: Gastric‐type endocervical adenocarcinoma (GEA) is a rare type adenocarcinoma of the uterine cervix that is unrelated to human papillomavirus (HPV). GEA is difficult to diagnose due to its bland‐looking morphological characteristics and is therefore often underdiagnosed.
