Abstract: Gastrointestinal bleeding (GIB) is a relatively uncommon presentation in the NICU. GIB in neonates includes a broad spectrum of disease morbidity, from minor reflux symptoms and growth failure to severe, clinically significant anemia requiring critical care resuscitation.
