Gate‐Tunable Polar Optical Phonon to Piezoelectric Scattering in Few‐Layer Bi2O2Se for High‐Performance Thermoelectrics

Abstract: The ubiquity of low-grade waste heat (<200 °C) in modern electronics presents both challenges in terms of thermal management as well as opportunities in terms of energy recovery.
