Gaucher-like Cells in Thalassemia Intermedia: Is It a Challenge?

Abstract: We describe two cases of thalassemia intermedia (TI) patients with the presence of Gaucher-like cells in hematopoietic tissue biopsies, raising diagnostic dilemmas.
