GEMEL: Model Merging for Memory-Efficient, Real-Time Video Analytics at the Edge

Abstract: Video analytics pipelines have steadily shifted to edge deployments to reduce bandwidth overheads and privacy violations, but in doing so, face an ever-growing resource tension.
