Abstract: Here we present Genal, a python module for population genetic analyses. It includes functionalities for cleaning and formatting Single Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP)-level data, clumping, lifting, SNP association testing, polygenic risk scoring, and mendelian randomization analyses, all within a single module.
