Abstract:Legal protection of human rights (HAM) is sought to avoid discriminatory acts, especially the midwifery sector as the fulfillment of basic rights inherent and protected by the constitution as stipulated in article 27 paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia which states that every citizen has the right to work and a decent living for humanity.
