Gender specifics of depressive disorders combined with autoaggressive behavior

Abstract: A comprehensive analysis of depressive disorders combined with autoaggressive behavior, taking into account gender specifics was conducted according survey results of 147 patients of both sexes. Gender features of the clinical structure of depressive disorders have been established. Anxious and emotionally labile variants are more common in women, astheno-apathetic and obsessive variants are for men, melancholy variant occurred with approximately the same frequency in both groups.
