Gene structure, differential exon usage, and expression of the testis long intergenic non-protein coding RNA 1016 in humans reveals isoform-specific roles in controlling biological processes

Abstract: Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) have emerged as critical regulators of biological processes. The constant expansion of newly-identified lncRNA genes requires that each one be comprehensively annotated to understand its molecular functions.
