Abstract: Artificial intelligence-enhanced electrocardiogram (AI-ECG) analysis has the potential to transform care of cardiovascular disease patients. Most algorithms rely on digitised signal data and are unable to analyse paper-based ECGs, which remain in use in numerous clinical settings.
