General Decoupling and Sampling Technique for Reduced-Sensor Battery Management Systems in Modular Reconfigurable Batteries

Abstract: The capacity and voltage rating of battery packs for electric vehicles or stationary energy storages are increasing, which challenge battery management and monitoring.
