Generation of spatially entangled states in a photonic molecule containing a quantum dot

Abstract: A model of a quantum network node based on a photonic molecule (PM) containing a quantum dot, which acts as a source and a router of single photons and correlated photon pairs, is proposed. Methods for coherent control of spatially entangled states of the node by local modification of its optical properties are studied.
