Genetic and virulence variation in Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cepae causing root and basal rot of common onion in Iran

Abstract: Root and basal rot of common onion (Allium cepae L.) caused by Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cepae is one of the most important diseases causing tremendous losses in onion‐growing areas worldwide.
