Genetic association of primary non-response to Anti-TNFα therapy in patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease

Abstract: OBJECTIVE: Primary non-response (PNR) to anti-tumor necrosis factor-α (TNFα) biologics is a serious concern in patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
