Abstract:ObjectivesGnathodiaphyseal dysplasia (GDD; OMIM#166260) is a rare skeletal genetic disorder characterized by sclerosis of tubular bones and cemento‐osseous lesions in mandibles. TMEM16E/ANO5 gene mutations have been identified in patients with GDD.
