Abstract: In order to explore the genetic diversity of wild Actinidia eriantha resources in Magu Mountain Nature Reserve, Nancheng County, Fuzhou City, Jiangxi Province of P.R. China, 145 wild A. eriantha germplasm resources were collected and used as tested materials. This research designed 40 SSR primers to amplify DNA of young leaf.
