Abstract:Objective
This study evaluated the application of karyotyping combined with single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) array and whole-exome sequencing (WES) of prenatal diagnosis of ventricular septal defect (VSD), and explored the genetic etiology of VSD.
Methods
