Genetic, Prenatal, and Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis of Glutaric Aciduria Type I

Abstract: Purpose: Glutaric Acid Type I (GA-I) is an inherited metabolic disorder. Although the treatment guidelines for GA-I were established a decade ago, they cannot block the vertical heredity.
