Abstract: Objectives Staphylococcus aureus is one of the bacteria which causes nosocomial infection. Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus eradication using antibiotics combined with rifampicin has shown good results, whereas, adjuvant rifampicin has long been hypothesized to improve the outcome of S. aureus infection treatment.
