Genetic regulation of human isomiR biogenesis

Abstract: MicroRNA plays a critical role in regulating gene expression post-transcriptionally. Variations in mature microRNA sequences, known as isomiRs, arise from imprecise cleavage and nucleotide substitution or addition.
