Abstract:In recent years, the methylotrophic Pichia pastoris has become an increasingly famous host for recombinant protein expressions. As a eukaryote, this yeast offers several advantages, including simplicity of genetic manipulation, stable expression, and low-cost scalable fermentation techniques.
