Genetic Variability of Entamoeba histolytica Strains

Abstract: Entamoeba histolytica is pathogenic parasite that causes asymptomatic infection mostly; however, it may also cause invasive intestinal amoebiasis and liver abscess, leading to significant rates of human mortality globally.
