Genetic variations inEIF2AK3are associated with neurocognitive impairment in people living with HIV

Abstract: Coding and noncoding single-nucleotide variants (SNVs) of EIF2AK3, which encodes an integrated stress response (ISR) kinase, may play a role in neurodegenerative disorders.
