Genetically Elevated Lipoprotein(a) and Increased Risk of Myocardial Infarction

Abstract: High levels of lipoprotein(a) are associated with increased risk of myocardial infarction (MI). OBJECTIVE: To assess whether genetic data are consistent with this association being causal.
