Genome Dashboards: Framework and Examples

Abstract: Genomics is a sequence-based informatics science and a three-dimensional-structure-based material science. However, in practice, most genomics researchers utilize sequence-based informatics approaches or three-dimensional-structure-based material science techniques, not both.
