Genome editing using a versatile vector-based CRISPR/Cas9 system in Fusarium species

Abstract: Fusarium species include important filamentous fungal pathogens that can infect plants, animals, and humans. Meanwhile, some nonpathogenic Fusarium species are promising biocontrol agents against plant pathogens.
