Genomic analysis of a riboflavin-overproducing Ashbya gossypii mutant isolated by disparity mutagenesis

Abstract: Background: Ashbya gossypii naturally overproduces riboflavin and has been utilized for industrial riboflavin production. To improve riboflavin production, various approaches have been developed.
