Abstract:Genomic analyses of bacterial isolates are necessary to monitor the prevalence of antibiotic resistance genes and virulence determinants. Herein, we provide a comprehensive genomic description of a collection of 339Staphylococcus aureusstrains isolated from patients with bacteremia between 2014 and 2022.
