Genomic and Transcriptional Profiles of Kelch-like (klhl) Gene Family in Polyploid Carassius Complex

Abstract: Genome duplication supplies raw genetic materials and has been thought to be essential for evolutionary innovation and ecological adaptation. Here, we select Kelch-like (klhl) genes to study the evolution of the duplicated genes in the polyploid Carassius complex, including amphidiploid C. auratus and amphitriploid C. gibelio.
