Abstract: Cervical cancer remains a significant global public health issue due to its high incidence and mortality. Current clinical guidelines recommend screening for high-risk human papillomavirus (hrHPV)-DNA alongside a Thinprep cytologic test (TCT) before further medical evaluation [1].
