Abstract:The present study was undertaken to study genotoxic effect of Mitomycin C at different concentrations for different duration on human chromosomes in search of a dose which will be more effective and less toxic in lymphocytic culture and to find the specificity of its action on human chromosomes in lymphocyte culture.
