Abstract: Acinetobacter baumannii is a Gram-negative bacterium characterized by its short, round, rod-shaped morphology. It is an opportunistic pathogen that poses a significant threat, particularly to immunocompromised patients, often those with hospital stays lasting less than 90 days.
