Abstract: The current study aims to integrate the geochemical characteristics of the Oligocene shale source rock system, oil, condensate, and natural gas samples in the Oligocene sandstone reservoirs from three exploration wells located in the offshore Nile Delta, East Mediterranean Sea, using organic geochemistry and a 1D basin modeling scheme.
