“…The ore deposits are obviously controlled by fault–fold structures and favourable lithological associations, with “rich (ultrahigh grade), large (large-scale ore deposits and orebodies), many (many associated elements such as Ge, Ag, and Cd, and many ore-hosting strata), deep (large depth extension), strong (strong hydrothermal alteration), high (high metallogenic temperature), and clear (clear zoning of mineral and alteration associations)” characteristics 3 . Thus, this area has long been a focus of attention and research in the geoscience community 1 , 3 – 8 . Studies have been carried out in the areas of mineralization chronology 2 , 3 , 9 – 15 , the origin of ore deposits 2 , 3 , 7 , 15 – 19 , tectonic ore-controlling patterns 20 – 25 , and prospecting prediction 1 , 3 , 6 , 7 , 26 , 27 ; important research progress and major breakthroughs in deep prospecting have been made in metallogenic theory, R&D and exploration technology application.…”
