Abstract: Guaricica (Vochysia bifalcata) é uma espécie arbórea nativa do Brasil, presente na vegetação secundária da Floresta Ombrófila Densa dos estados do Paraná, Santa Catarina, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro e Minas Gerais, sendo de grande importância na regeneração de áreas degradadas e para fins madeireiros.
