Germline genetic variants were interactively associated with somatic alterations in gastric cancer

Abstract: Genome‐wide association studies have identified several germline variants in gastric cancer. Meanwhile, sequencing studies have characterized extensive somatic alterations that arise during gastric carcinogenesis.
