Gestational diabetes mellitus in women with multiple pregnancies: is the metabolic abnormality milder?

Abstract: In this cohort of women with GDM, those with MP did not demonstrate a lesser degree of dysglycemia after controlling for other pregnancy characteristics and pregnancy-independent factors.
