Gestational iron deficiency anemia is associated with preterm birth, fetal growth restriction, and postpartum infections

Abstract: ObjectivesGestational IDA has been linked to adverse maternal and neonatal outcomes, but the impact of iron supplementation on outcome measures remains unclear.
