Gestión por procesos en redes de cooperación intersectoriales en la Península de Paraguaná, Venezuela

Abstract

Process management represents a key strategy to strengthen the structural and functional dynamics of cooperation networks in intersectoral contexts. From this reference, the article aims to analyze management by processes in cooperation networks, whose articulation nodes correspond to industrial professional practices at the University -Government -Company interface. The epistemological reference is based on a rational logical approach that leads to the design of a theoretical component, where content analysis is applied to address categories such as: Process management models, cooperation networks and professional practices; The theoretical construction bases the purposeful level where the key processes and actors of a cooperation network are defined. The results characterize the process management approach for a network of intersectoral university-government-business cooperation, in attention to the formal relations established between the interest groups. It is concluded that the proposal is viable and socially convenient, since it breaks with the traditional management model, to give way to new management concepts that contribute to social dynamics, and can respond dynamically to the demands of the context for the organizations.
