In the study, used mineral additives such as Fly Ash (FA) and Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GBFS), coarse aggregates such as crushed stone and Steel slag replaces crushed stone at 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% respectively to design concrete components reaching design grades from M40 to M50. When the content of steel slag aggregate replaces crushed stone aggregate from 75% to 100%, the compressive strength of concrete increases very high, increasing from 30,37% to 41,72% at 7 days old and 6,11 % to 13,10% at 28 days of age, the waterproofing grade of the designed concrete ranges from W10 to W14, it’s suitable for irrigation works.
