Giant Adrenal Myelolipoma: Is Laparoscopic Resection Possible?

Abstract: Background: Myelolipoma is a benign and uncommon tumor of the adrenal gland. The majority is small and asymptomatic and is diagnosed incidentally. However it can be large and produce symptoms.
